Instructions
Measure and mix your seeds* if you use cacao nibs mix them in.
Blend eggs, dates, salt, and banana, into a homogeneous mass in a blender (add one teaspoon of cinnamon or vanilla powder to the mixture).
Stir the mixture in your seed mix add "fiber diet" ** and mix it well.
Finally, add chocolate (chips) and apple cubes (if you add blueberries or other fillings do it here).
Allow the mass to rest for 20+ minutes - or skip this.
Divide the mass into two portions, and bake the pieces of bread in greased baking pans - in a square flat baking pan and/or a bread pan, about 25-35 min at 150 degrees C.
Let the bread cool and cut it into strips or slice it.
Refrigerate.

tip:* Make your own seed mix by taking:
60 g sesame seeds
60 g flaxseed/linseeds
60 g sunflower seeds
45 g pumpkin seeds
25 g chia seeds
